Earlier this year, Belgian company, Remco Tools made its electric repair stand, the ‘Bike Lift’ available to UK bike shops.
In an industry where efficiency and ergonomics are key, Remco Tools has set a new bar with their Bike Lift, an electric repair stand designed to support professional bike mechanics and workshop owners. The Bike Lift is quieter, smoother, smaller yet lifts the same weight and has a much longer warranty than the larger brands and they do this for a third of the price, this innovative stand is set to redefine servicing for UK bike shops – Remco Tools
Remco Tools was founded by Mathias and Ryan, two product designers who previously worked in the furniture industry before turning their expertise to bicycle maintenance tools. Their motivation? When a back injury left Ryan unable to lift his bike into a traditional repair stand, he got creative. In doing so, the brand realised this highlighted a common challenge for mechanics working on heavier e-bikes and cargo bikes.
Following their launch in the US, Remco says mechanics quickly adopted the Bike Lift for its efficiency and ease of use, and so, the company is now expanding into the UK and wider European market. The Bike Lift is a motorised bicycle repair stand, compatible with a wide range of existing repair stands and clamps.
Key Features:
-
Lifts up to 45 kg – designed for e-bikes and heavy-duty builds
-
66 cm of height adjustment (from 86 cm to 152 cm) for optimal working posture
-
Modular design – compatible with a wide range of existing clamps and bases
-
Compact footprint – saving space in busy workshops
-
Pre-programmable height settings for repetitive servicing tasks
-
Built for longevity – durable, low-maintenance construction
Based in Belgium, Remco Tools says they’ve ensured the Bike Lift is ready for the UK market, with full testing and certification. The stand is in stock and ships directly to UK workshops, with a price of £534 (excluding VAT), which includes shipping and import duties.
The Remco Bike Lift is designed for workshops looking to improve workflow, reduce strain on mechanics, and work more efficiently with heavier bikes, something Remco says offers a practical and cost-effective solution.
Remco Tools will be exhibiting at Eurobike in Hall 11.1, where shop owners and distributors can see the Bike Lift in action. To book a demonstration or learn more, visit Remco Tools.
