Industry Nine has announced its acquisition of We Are One Composites in a move which comes after years of collaboration.

The announcement further highlights that the acquisition brings together two businesses “Built on a shared passion for cycling and a deep commitment to North American manufacturing”, with the union representing “a bold step forward in delivering innovative, rider-focused solutions to the cycling community.”
