Evoc launches an all-new Limb Protection range

Munich, Germany, headquartered Evoc, known for its bike bags, and a range of rider protection, have added to the brands range with the introduction of three new Limb Protection options.

New for 2025, the Limb Protection range uses a “proprietary Liteshield Flex technology”, enabling Evoc to expand its Protection Wear product range.

The new Limb Protection range consists of two knee protectors and an elbow protector, all designed with Liteshield Flex protector technology to ensure “the range offers maximum flexibility and ventilation and is low weight, ensuring freedom of movement and ultimate comfort”.

Knowing that Limb Protection works hard to earn its keep, the brand has used “Silicone tape for anti-slip hold, along with adjustable straps, and Power Flaps ensure no shifting and a perfect fit during every movement”.

Made with abrasion-resistant, tearproof fabric, cushioning Airprene material and additional lateral protection for the knee, the new range of Limb Protection sets the highest standards when it comes to safety.

Elbow Protector LS Flex Lite ​

Elbow Protector LS Flex Lite comes with Level 1 approved protection. The elastic protector offers padding for elbows, which are particularly exposed when cycling, both during crashes and on trail centre-style rides.

Equipped with Liteshield Flex, the protector adapts to the elbow and allows for flexibility of movement. The outer material and special structure of circular and cross elements in the protector are said to enable excellent ventilation and have been designed to maximise rider comfort.

Knee Protector LS Flex Lite

The Knee Protector LS Flex Lite is positioned as “an ultra-light knee protector”, although now weight is listed, and has been designed with rider comfort in mind, combining the “anatomic fit of the sleeve and efficient ventilation”.

The launch announcement points out that a “combination of dimensionally stable materials and a silicone finish on the sleeve end make for a perfect fit and prevent the sleeve from shifting during action”. Side padding is included to provide “further protection for the knee in case of a crash and on vigorous rides”.

Knee Protector LS Flex Enduro

With its Knee Protector LS Flex Enduro, EVOC is introducing a comfortable knee protector with Level 2-approved protection and individual adjustment options.

The brand has introduced Power Flaps, which are used to tighten the protector pad on the shin, with the aim of providing a reliable hold. A neoprene knee cap ring is said to provide relief for the knee whilst also aiming to keep the protector in place – all designed to aid rider comfort. Just as on the Knee Protector LS Flex Lite, Side padding is included with the aim of providing further protection for the knee in case of a crash. The protector also ensures efficient ventilation and features silicone tape on the sleeve end to keep it firmly fixed to the leg.
