Are you a cycling enthusiast with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and organised Sales & Customer Care Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. About the Job

Field customer calls, online chats and emails regarding the following:

  • Road, Gravel & Triathlon Bikes and accessory-related questions
  • Custom bike builds
  • Bike sizing
  • Component compatibility
  • Clothing advice
  • Order placement and order status
  • Returns & exchanges
  • Customer concerns and complaints
  • Handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work full-time remotely or hybrid

About you

  • Specialist knowledge of Road, Gravel and Triathlon products
  • One year of bike industry experience or one year of sales experience
  • PC literacy is essential
  • Self-driven with a positive outlook and a clear focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • A natural communicator able to empathise with customers and see things from the other person’s point of view

Hours

The hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with one shift from 11:00 to 20:00 every 1-2 weeks. You’ll also work one or two Saturdays per month and one Sunday every two months. Paid overtime is available during busy periods.

Holiday

33 days holiday including bank holidays.
