As a Store Manager, you are responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of store including sales, staff, stock, and resource management. Reporting directly to the Area Manager (AM). A store manager’s role could include dealing with everything from staff wages to stock management and deciding where things should be displayed, to setting sales targets and motivating the team to meet them.

Ensure smooth operations, up-to-date customer communication, and top-notch service. Motivate your team to go above and beyond for every customer—and earn those 5-star Google reviews. Lead one-to-one meetings, support development, and help each person succeed in their role. From opening and closing, to cashing up and monitoring CCTV, you’ll take pride in every part of your store’s operation. Maintain high health & safety standards and ensure procedures are followed correctly.
Sales Representative – UK North
We are a Swedish company with a strong mission, to protect lives and reduce the consequences of accidents for athletes and anyone inspired to be one. We are looking to strengthen our UK sales team with a Sales Representative. The position will be situated remotely within the UK.
Since going direct to the UK market in June 2020 the brand has gone from strength to strength and we are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our team and help us to further expand POC’s market share and improve the brand presence in the UK in both the Cycle and Snow markets.
Key accountabilities of this role include coordinating annual sales objectives with UK Country Manager. Establishing and build business relationships with existing and new independent bike and snow dealers. Full ownership of day-to-day management of POC retailers in the Northern Region of the UK. Management of your own time between servicing existing accounts and prospecting new ones. Work with our retail partners on instore display and product training. Lead local marketing and event initiatives. Potential foreign travel will be required for new product launches and international trade shows.
