Traffic and Adaptive partnership

Traffic Distribution announces partnership with Adaptive DCS

Traffic Distribution UK has announced a new partnership with Adaptive DCS.

The collaboration aims to “increase responsiveness, improve service levels, deliver stronger support to retail partners across the country and enhance brand visibility.”

Through this partnership, Adaptive DCS will support Traffic with an expanded UK-based sales and customer service team, enabling faster response times, stronger relationships with retailers, and improved communication. A key focus will be on maintaining increased UK stock levels to facilitate next-day delivery and meet growing customer demand with greater efficiency.

We’re proud to partner with Adaptive DCS and confident that this collaboration will significantly enhance both customer service and product availability. The local team will play a key role in executing our brand’s marketing strategies. The founders of Adaptive are experienced professionals in the bicycle industry, and their longstanding personal and professional relationship with us forms the foundation of a strong, trusted partnership. This close connection ensures a deep understanding of industry dynamics and a clear path for future growth – Harry Schmid, We Make Things GmbH CEO

Following a brief transition period, retailers can expect a more consistent and dependable service experience, including clearer communication and increased trade marketing support. The new arrangement will ensure seamless access to Traffic’s product range, making it easier for dealers to stock, promote, and sell with confidence.

We’re excited to support Traffic’s growth in the UK market, working alongside great people and great brands that are highly respected in the industry. This partnership will make Traffic more accessible to dealers while also introducing UK-specific sales and marketing efforts, including tailored campaigns, localised content, and trade support initiatives to drive customer sell-through and long-term success. Stock has already begun arriving at our warehouse and will continue to flow in through June and July – Adam Garner, Co-owner at Adaptive DCS

Traffic will distribute Wethepeople, Radio, Eclat, Total BMX, Salt BMX, Fuse Protection, Title MTB, Zink Bikes, Bombtrack, Seido and recently signed SE Bikes brands in the UK.

Retailers, dealers and trade partners can expect to see immediate benefits, with further developments and initiatives rolling out in the coming months. For more information, please get in touch with Traffic UK at shop@traffic-uk.com or 01332 438324.
