Bosch eBike Systems has unveiled the new 1.26 update for the eBike Flow app, with the German manufacturer making it easy for riders to manage multiple e-bikes with a single account.
At the same time, Bosch is also expanding its digital community by launching an official Strava Club for performance e-bike riders.
One account for multiple e-bikes
With the latest 1.26 version, the eBike Flow app allows riders to add up to six different e-bikes to one account.
- As soon as the first e-bike is connected to the app, additional bikes can be added via a button on the home screen.
- From there, riders will see an overview of all registered e-bikes, which can be named individually.
- Users can also switch between bikes at any time, and settings, such as custom riding modes, will be saved, along with all other preset functions.
- Activity data under “Statistics” is linked to users’ accounts, allowing for key ride data, including the total distance ridden, to be tracked.
- All completed rides are displayed here regardless of which bike is being used. The information displayed on the home screen will always refer to the currently selected e-bike.
Important to highlight here that premium services from the Flow+ subscription are purchased through the account and made available to all registered e-bikes.
Bosch eBike Systems joins Strava
The Brand also has a new hub for “performance eBikers Bosch eBike Systems” with its arrival on Strava, where it aims to provide the performance-focused riding community with “a new connection through its official Strava Club“.
As Strava members have come to expect, they will be able to enjoy new challenges, join events, and discover inspiring routes from Bosch athletes, as well as getting the latest updates on product launches and new features.
