Bike Mechanics & Multisport Technicians

As a Bike Mechanic or Multisport Technician at Decathlon, you’ll be a vital part of why our customers keep coming back. Your expertise will ensure that every product, (bikes will make up around 85% of your work), is serviced and repaired to the highest standard, performing like new for longer.

No two days are the same in our busy workshops. You’ll engage directly with customers, diagnosing faults, providing accurate quotes, and executing repairs with skill and efficiency across a diverse range of sports equipment. You’ll also be a vital link in our collective mission to reduce our negative impact on the planet, contributing to our Circular Economy initiatives by extending the life of countless items, including our growing “BuyBack” offer and repairing defective store products for resale via our “Second Life” Channel.

Accounts Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a dynamic company in the Bicycle Industry, based in the centre of Leeds. Restrap is a leading manufacturer of bicycle luggage, everything is made in house by our skilled and dedicated team. The financial side of the business is of paramount importance and we are looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join the team. This role includes working closely with other departments, including procurement and production. You will be playing a vital role in the smooth running of Restrap, including reconciliation, invoicing and ensuring accuracy across all systems.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to manage day-to-day financial processes and maintain accurate records across our systems. This role is central to maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring timely supplier payments, accurate customer invoicing and up-to-date financial reporting. The Accounts Coordinator will also support stock control functions and liaise with key internal teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Internal Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with dealers, growing sales and promoting our brands. Our ideal candidate is commercially minded with strong communication skills. A passion for cycling is a bonus!

We are Pon Bike Performance UK, home of Santa Cruz, Cervelo, Juliana, and Reserve, four of the most exciting brands in the bicycle industry who tend to do things differently. We have over 25 years of cycling experience and our ultimate goal is to consistently build the best road and mountain bikes in the world.

Duties for this role include covering all brands, you will proactively sell through outbound calls and emails, working closely with the Outside Sales Representatives and contributing with targeted actions. You’ll be decisive and commercially minded – you know how to balance the interests of the customer and the needs of the business. Exclusively manage selected accounts. Keeping your eye on the market – for example, through opening new accounts or exploring new dealer opportunities. Help with Demo days and dealer events (including HQ supported events).

Head Mechanic

Richmond Cycles is on the lookout for an experienced Head Mechanic to lead our workshop. This is a full-time role at a well-established independent premium road and gravel retailer, located in the heart of Richmond. You’ll be our lead technician, taking ownership of all major services, repairs, diagnostics, and custom builds. From high-performance road machines to adventure-ready gravel bikes, you’ll work with some of the best brands and tech in the industry.

The role will include carrying out high-level servicing, repairs, and custom builds to a high standard in a timely manner.  Working with the workshop manager to manage total workflow and improve workshop efficiency.
