The Sales Consultant + Digital Administrator enhances & supports the customer’s retail shopping experience. As an integral member of the Sales Team you will support the company’s growing reputation as the go-to store for premium bicycle sales & service.
Success is defined by enthusiasm, specialist knowledge and proven sales skills that will help riders of all abilities discover the benefits of cycling, and in particular E-Bikes with pedal assist technologies. Focusing primarily on Sales, actively engaging with customers, increasing sales conversions across all categories & channels by building trust and a robust community of inspired riders & fans of the shop.
The role of Digital Administrator includes daily communication responsibilities via E-mail, Chat, as well as regular website content creation and management, including promotions and order processing. Working with your Line Manager you will be responsible for customer sales across both digital and in store channels.

eBike/eCargo Bike Sales Executive
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Sales Executive to work primarily on Saturdays (with 1 or 2 additional days in the week and to support some events in the future). The right candidate will be militant with CRM, punctual with appointment timings, keep the sales space tidy and well-presented, and provide exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with the team. This role is also very much about supporting the team, following up on leads, and qualifying test rides and walk-ins.
