Customer Services
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Services Team at our shop/warehouse in Harrogate. The successful applicant will have a knowledge of road/touring bicycles and related componentry; and be able to discuss this with our customers across the globe, whether they’re looking for a bike, a wheel or a chainring bolt!
Responsibilities of the position include:
- Processing of online orders
- Shop counter sales and service
- Drafting of specifications with customers for our custom-built cycles
- Managing general enquiries via phone & email
- Retail shop-front housekeeping
The position is full time (40hr/wk) to include some Saturdays, although a job-share arrangement may be considered. We offer an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, the potential for overtime, 28 days pa paid holiday, a Company Pension Scheme and a generous staff discount programme.
