Our team is passionate about cycling, customer service, and making sure every rider, whether beginner or expert, gets the most from their ride.

Job Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant and bike mechanic to join our store team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice, guiding them through our bike and accessories range, and delivering a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome and expert advice to all customers visiting the store
  • Assist customers in selecting bikes, and accessories that meet their needs
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product ranges, specs, and current offers
  • Process sales transactions accurately using our EPOS system
  • Support with bike handovers, including safety checks and basic setup explanations
  • Ensure the showroom is clean, well-stocked, and merchandised to a high standard
  • Assist with stock handling, deliveries, and back-of-house organisation
  • Communicate effectively with the workshop, sales, and online teams
  • Respond to customer enquiries and escalate any issues when necessary

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in bikes and cycling
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Able to work flexibly including weekends and occasional bank holidays
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a close-knit team
